We are committed to your ongoing health and well-being, and are pleased to continue to offer same-day appointments and after-hours services for urgent medical issues.

 

Please note that each physician offers a number of urgent same-day appointments for their own patients in order to facilitate continuity of care. Appointment availability is dependent on each physician’s schedule, so please CALL EARLY, preferably in the mornings, if you think you need to be seen on the same day that you call. Please do NOT use Ocean to book urgent appointments, as this online platform may not show all availability and does not allow us to give you real-time medical advice.

Effective October 1, 2023, you may access after-hours clinics as follows:

 

Monday to Thursday – 5pm-8pm after-hours clinic

(Please call our office by 6pm to be triaged to the after-hours clinic if appropriate.)

 

Fridays – no after-hours clinic

(Please call early to book urgent same day appointment with your family doctor.)

 

Saturdays – 1pm-4pm after-hours clinic

(Phone lines open at 12:30pm.)

 

Sundays, holidays and/or when the office is closed – Telehealth Advisory Service (THAS)

(Please call THAS at 1-866-553-7205 to speak with a nurse for after-hours medical advice.)

 

Please note that in order to provide optimal care to all our patients, our clinic reserves the right to triage appointments based on medical urgency.
